They didn't "create a cut-and-paste" version, it's all built for seamlessness and stuff. Resi Evil 5, Red Faction Guerrilla among launch titles.
"We didn't just want to create a cut-and-paste version of existing digital distribution services," said Live's Mike Ybarra in the press release, reports Shacknews.
"Our goal has always been to create a seamless online gaming experience for the Windows community, and Games on Demand is a great step toward that end." Titles included at launch: Resident Evil 5, Red Faction: Guerrilla and Battlestations: Pacific.
There will also be some GFWL infused titles like World of Goo on offer. The Games on Demand service debuted for Xbox 360 back in August and has obviously been pulling in cash for Microsoft to bother expanding it to PC. Do you partake of GOD?
