Activision UK has confirmed that Radical Entertainment's third-person sandboxer is coming between June and July for European gamers.
During New York Comic Con, Prototype was announced at releasing specifically in June but that is strictly for the US. Gamers take the role as Alex Mercer, a brutal shape-shifter.
The player must unravel exactly what's going on and why Alex is able to do the incredible things he can do, all the while tearing up New York city as they please.
Prototype is being released on Xbox 360, PS3 and PC.
