The much critically acclaimed and official record breaker Batman: Arkham Asylum from developer Rocksteady, has sold 2 million copies ”in less than a month.”
Since it’s release in the UK it has been holding onto the throne of the All Formats chart, with it’s retailing on PC yet to arrive. It has almost sold 2 million alone in the United States.
”Batman: Arkham Asylum,” a recent video game co-published by Warner Bros. Interactive, has sold nearly 2 million units in less than a month, a major hit,” reports the LA Times.
It is the Guinness World Record holder for ‘Most Critically Acclaimed Superhero Game Ever’, and the videogame enjoys a stellar average review score of over 90 percent. It’s likely a sequel is brewing with Rocksteady and Warner Bros - bloody good.
