Scott Miller, co-founder of the Duke Nukem factory 3D Realms, has hit back at Take-Two’s ”100 percent spin” that they forked over 12 big ones.
Adding that they ”cannot talk yet” about events, Miller hints they intend to ”soon…” Take-Two have filed a lawsuit against Apogee for raining on their Duke Nukem Forever publishing parade.
”No. We didn’t get a penny of that money. This, along with so much else, is 100 per cent spin, being eaten up by those who have no clue whatsoever,” Miller vented on Shacknews.
”But, we cannot talk yet. We will, soon…” Meanwhile in the land of lawyers and court jesters, Take-Two is also demanding a source code copy of Duke Nukem Forever ”to ensure the code is preserved and remains unharmed during the pendency of this lawsuit”.
How would the Duke handle this I wonder?
