Hence why Capcom have pulled the marketing sheet off MotoGP 09/10, to give fans "the most up to date content as soon as possible." Free updates will be given when 2010 starts.
All the bikes, the riders and of course the tracks will be included in the game from this year's season of the sport. Next year's data will be offered freely to gamers once the 2010 antics get underway.
"Historically MotoGP videogames have been released toward the end of the GP season, but with this latest addition to the series we wanted MotoGP and racing fans to have the most up to date content as soon as possible," said Michael Pattison of Capcom.
Aside from the expected career mode, when you can exercise your inner racing diva and fire the ass off underperforming engineers, Monumental are also including three other gamer modes. One will be arcade, players will race and aim to steal score points from each other.
MotoGP 09/10 is being releasing on Xbox 360 and PS3 in March next year. Does it get your engine revving, videogamer?
