This winter’s update to Xbox Live, the one that adds Facebook, Twitter and Last.fm, actually harbours more than advertised according to US testers. News will be streamed too.
A new tab has appeared, ‘News and More’, in the ‘Inside Xbox’ channel. This gives ”a regularly-updated stream” of content from MSNBC.com, MSN Autos, The New Yorker and Dilbert.
Not only that but Guitar Hero and Rock Band will be getting their own stores, what with the huge amount of music they pour into our console networks. Apparently something else is coming too…
