It would appear Skynet is alive and well, so to speak. Terminator Salvation for PC is having some error code hurdles during installation users say.
Apparently the issue only exists for the boxed retail version of the game, while digital copies enjoy the fruits of GRIN’s labour. The devs are looking into this crippling matter for gamers.
”The issue is being investigated, and we will get back to you asap”, said a poster identifying themselves as a GRIN staffer. Worryingly the support contact line AND email for publisher Evolved Games appears to be… unresponsive.
Steam, Direct2Drive and other digital copies appear to be working alright. Have you encountered error -5006:0x80070002? Or has Skynet not thwarted your attempts to join John Connor and the Resistance forces?
