The next episode instalment for Grand Theft Auto IV will be arriving on XBLA at the end of October reveals Rockstar Games, where a gay time will be had by all.
Players take the role of one Luis Lopez, who works for Liberty City nightclub boss Tony “Gay Tony” Prince. As with The Lost and Damned, Niko and Johnny have likely met new guy Luis.
The Ballad of Gay Tony will be available for 1600 Microsoft Points, which is well worth the price tag if you go by The Lost and Damned added hi-jinx. If you don’t want to download the piece over Xbox Live then a disc retail version is coming, containing both episodic add-ons.
”Liberty City is the most vibrant game world we’ve created yet. The episodic structure has allowed us to interweave stories, gameplay and atmosphere in a whole new way,” said Sam Houser.
Grand Theft Auto: Episodes from Liberty City will be on sale October 29th, the same day as the DLC goes live, and is priced at $39.99 in the US - no UK or EU price yet.
”The team at Rockstar North have yet again surpassed themselves, and made something that is both epic and very innovative. This episode’s focus on high-end night life contrasts with the biker gangs portrayed in The Lost and Damned, whilst giving us a lot of new gameplay possibilities,” continued the Rockstar co-founder.
Here’s hoping more of the classic elements of Grand Theft Auto make it back into the fold, like unlockable weapons at the safe house and ye olde rampages, or is that just me?
