A new creature has been added to Blizzard’s Diablo III bestiary; The Unburied. These foul and large lumbering, ”slobbering” monsters have arrived.
The dev team have included a little back-story, some screenshots and an animated model to really flesh out the Unburied’s ”bloated parts from many fetid, rotting corpses”. Thanks Blizz.
The Unburied
”…comprised of bloated parts from many fetid, rotting corpses, with a multitude of disfigured heads and slobbering fanged mouths,” describes the bestiary.
”Being born out of pits of human misery, these beings feed on human suffering. Wherever bodies are dumped together unceremoniously, the unburied may rise.”
Blizzard have four other monsters in their Diablo III bestiary collection so far, the Scavenger, Dune Thresher, Undead and the Khazra.
