Empire Interactive, a British publisher, has had its doors sealed, unscrewed and then likely boot-faired because no savoir was found to buy them - the company that is, not the doors.
The FlatOut publisher went into administration and it looked like Russia’s Noviy Disk was going to save it, however disagreements broke out and so terms weren’t finalised.
Empire Interactive had published both FlatOut and Jackass in the UK, which in all honesty should have been writing on the wall.
