Lead singer for The Who, Roger Daltrey, has revealed that EA apparently has designs for the long-time group and Rock Band to team up, possibly in the form of a special edition.
The singer told The Republican, that they’re ”going to be doing a Who one next year.” It’s unclear if he means a full The Beatles Rock Band treatment. It could be something else entirely.
”The game, yeah, yeah, they’re going to be doing a Who one next year. There is one planned,” Daltrey spilled to Massachusetts paper The Republican, reports Joystiq.
Music is ”our last true great freedom,” claimed The Who singer. This is all classified heavily as rumour for now, so this’ll probably go under the radar for a bit before EA chirp. Are you a fan who’d love some The Who Rock Band? Maybe you’d like someone else?
