The studio boss admits he hasn't "played many of its games." If it proves a "best fit" for a game, with an audience there, they'll go 360.
"I’m not allergic to the Xbox 360, but I haven’t played many of its games,” Tominaga-san told VG247 in an interview, at the developer's Tokyo offices.
"I have nothing personal against the console. So basically, as a company, if there’s a game we want to make, and the console’s the best fit for it and the audience is out there, then we’ll make that game," he said. "We’re not, like, beholden" to a single console.
The studio is based in Japan and the Xbox 360 is nowhere near as popular as the PlayStation brand, which is why they're less inclined to develop for it. Do you miss the PixelJunk series not being on the Xbox Live Marketplace, videogamer?
