The aerial action series of Starfighter hit PC, Xbox and PS2 twice with the first defending Naboo from invasion, and the second on Geonosis.
LucasArts have already told CVG that this Starfighter talk is ”rumour and speculation” after they contacted them regarding the ”US publishing source” that spilled these beans. Could the old Starfighter series get some much needed next-gen development?
If it is true, what battles what you love for them to have in it? Perhaps they’ll take a risk and have it set around the time of The Old Republic to tie-in with BioWare’s upcoming Star Wars MMO? It would certainly grant them a lot of freedom.
