With his role on the project ”essentially done,” Desilets decided to ”take a creative break” from the videogames industry, leaving AC: Brotherhood.
”With his role on project essentially done, Patrice Désilets has decided to take a creative break from the industry and is no longer working on Assassin’s Creed Brotherhood,” Ubi told Game Informer, reports Eurogamer.
Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood is the third major release in the franchise but is seen as a spin-off title, as it once again returns to Ezio Auditore but doesn’t follow the primary trilogy arc. It will be set in Rome with Ezio building a ring of Assassins to fight Templar.
It will be at E3 this week so stay tuned. Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood releases on Xbox 360, PS3 and PC. Check out the only teaser trailer below.
