That translates roughly to just under $200. This flies in the face of UK sources though, which say it'll probably go for about $80 or even less.
Hopefully the Swedish retailers have just put up a placeholder price for Project Natal, which is set for a reveal this E3 with Microsoft even recruiting the Cirque du Soleil to perform for the press in a special 'tech free' premiere the day before the real conference.
MCV claim that sources in Britain believe Natal will retail around £50 as Microsoft are “trying to get as close as possible to ‘impulse buy’” to shore up the install base. Another publishing source reckons the price of the standalone camera could even be just £30.
14 games are expected to launch alongside Project Natal, or whatever Microsoft decided to finally call their controller-free motion camera platform. The special Natal event begins June 13th at 3.30pm EST - though no pictures or video clips will be available.
