They’ll be ”hammering” Reach for the next few months to make sure it’s ”the best damn thing” we shove in our Xbox 360s. We’re seconds closer!
”While the whole team has been crunching for months now, with the huge push for the Beta, this is the time when we start closing down and begin the polish phase. It’s a time of intense focus with a smaller subset of our huge team,” posted Halo: Reach creative director Marcus Lehto on the official Bungie developer blog.
”We’re days away from content complete, which means we’ll be hammering on this game for the next couple of months to make sure it’s the best damn thing any of you have ever put in your xbox.” Lehto admits this is one of his ”favorite phases of a project.”
”It’s definately the toughest part, but the rewards of seeing so much hard work come together, from every discipline, is amazing.” Halo: Reach’s multiplayer beta begins May 3rd for those who own a copy of Halo 3: ODST, letting you play four game modes.
Halo: Reach releases exclusively on Xbox 360 this autumn.
