You may not know who Australia’s Attorney-General Michael Atkinson is, but you will probably know what he’s been doing.
In the on-going debate as to whether the nation should bring in an 18+ rating for videogames, Mr. Atkinson has been the move’s biggest opponent.
But never fear, real-life is here. According to aussie based newspaper Adelaide Now, Atkinson is resigning from the front bench so that he can spend more time with his son.
While the battle for a mature videogame rating in OZ is far from over, this is hopefully a step in the right direction.
