The whole Diablo series heading to console is an "ongoing question" for Blizzard noted Bender, but right now they're "just focused" on their work.
“I think it is suited to consoles,” said Jason Bender. "We’re definitely working, obviously, on the PC version. This is something that’s been brought up a lot about Diablo.”
"It’s sort of an ongoing question. And I’m sure we would all love to play it on console, but right now, we’re just focused on what we’ve got in front of us. Who knows what the future holds? It’s hard to say.” EA brought Diablo to PSOne in 1998.
Diablo II never did see the shores of a console, releasing only for PC where it happily continues to dominate the lives of many with Blizzard still offering content updates. Diablo III has just had its PvP arena unveiled and it's got "Call of Duty-style progression".
