It’s ”already outsold” 2011’s other big hitter - Gears of War 3 - with the numbers they’re seeing. Uncharted 3 is due out November 1st this year.
It was only announced last month and already the PlayStation 3 crowd is drowning in a pool of their own… er, desire. ”The interest in Uncharted 3 is awe-inspiring,” said ShopTo Marketing Manager, Philip Driver. ”We made the game available to pre-order on the site as soon as the release date came through and literally with twenty-four hours it was already in the top ten pre-orders.” Nathan Drake shows no sign of slowing down.
”Pre-Orders for Uncharted 3 are still coming in every day, despite it being nearly a year away. As it stands at the moment Drakes Deception has already outsold what is likely to be our other big title of 2011, Gears of War 3,” added Driver.
Naughty Dog have already shown off just how much they’ve upped the visuals for Uncharted 3, but also promise deeper melee moments and better multiplayer.
