The puzzle was included near the back of a Game Informer magazine issue but the Internet had its way with the teaser soon enough. Skyrim hits this year.
The teaser was in ”the words are in the tongue of the dragons, an entirely new language crafted by Bethesda for use in the upcoming game,” reports Game Informer.
Anyway you could work it out yourself but thankfully the Internet exists where fellow humans just love to brag that they managed to do something first. The results are:

The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim was announced at the Spike VGAs and uses an all-new game engine. It releases on Xbox 360, PS3 and PC November 11th.
