GTA V makes quick appearance on UK retailer release schedule

The UK’s Gamestation, owned by retailer GAME, listed Grand Theft Auto V on its release schedule before an updated listing had it promptly deleted.

It also had a hit-n-run appearance as a pre-order. Rumour pegs this summer for a full announcement of GTA V followed by a likely release in 2012.

Two photos over at GamerZines show GTA V listed on a Gamestation release schedule and someone in possession of a pre-order receipt. Rockstar Games have made a point to avoid major events to announce their titles because they can lose PR impact.
