Tribes: Ascend beta signups now commencing

Hi-Rez has sent a press release announcing that the developer is accepting beta applications for their online multiplayer shooter, Tribes: Ascend. The first phase of beta-testing will engage thousands of players worldwide.

During this initial beta phase, Tribes: Ascend players will test 4 multiplayer maps, 2 game-modes and 3 vehicles as they progress through 12 playable classes. Players can sign up at the official site here.

Beta-testing will begin sometime in Q1 2012. The beta-testing will be on the PC version, but the game is also being developed on the Xbox 360.
