Sonic Generations, which teams the original Sonic with the "new" Sonic, has already been announced for Xbox 360, PlayStation 360 and the Nintendo 3DS. In a nice surprise for PC gamers, it will also be coming to the Windows platform, which is a rare sight for a Sonic the Hedgehog game.
The information was revealed by a new earnings report for Sega Sammy, and while it hasn't been confirmed by Sega itself, it's pretty much a given; earnings report don't lie to investors.
The game already looked beautiful in console videos, one can imagine what the game will look and sound like on a maxxed-out PC. Let us know if you're up for some PC platforming action.
