The November 15th bound release for Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary will support Kinect confirms Microsoft Game Studios boss Phil Spencer.
The top exec didn’t elaborate what role Kinect would play but UI navigation seems likely at least. The Anniversary sports both original and a HD remake.
You can enjoy the original from Bungie in Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary as it was released on Xbox, or play 343 Industries’ visually overhauled tribute. ”Core focus for us in our press briefing this year with Kinect actually came from two sides,” said Phil Spencer.
”As a first-party, we believe Kinect will be important to all genres of games, be it racing games with Forza, combat games like Ryse, even games like Halo Anniversary has Kinect integration.” Microsoft announced Kinect titles at E3 2011.
