Having played this a decade ago on PC, you can rest assured that Crave Games takes its bowling very seriously. The game not only simulates ball physics, but also the wear on the lane as a match progresses and the affect of the oil on the wooden panels of the lane as it wears, too.
”With over eight million units in homes across the country, Kinect for Xbox 360 is a proven hit and Crave Games is excited to give players the most realistic bowling experience to date with the release of Brunswick Pro Bowling,” said Betsi Gijanto, Executive Vice President, Crave Games. ”The Brunswick Pro Bowling franchise has a proven track record of delivering true-to-life game play that can be enjoyed by the entire family, and is challenging enough for the seasoned bowling professional.”
The game features five different gameplay modes including Exhibition, League Play, Tournament, a Spares Challenge, and online matchmaking. That’s not to say that the game doesn’t cater to kids - there’s a special “bumper” mode that removes gutterballs.
