An internal PayPal email tells employees to test the service and that the new dashboard will arrive November 15th, marking 10 years since the original Xbox.
Major updates to the Xbox Live dashboard have come in November before, in 2010 and 2008 so this seems legitimate. November 15th, 2001 was the launch date of the original Xbox console. Microsoft and PayPal are set to become real cosy with each other.
