The major PlayStation Network maintenance that was supposed to start on the 1st March will be happening later today at 12noon PST (8PM GMT). The maintenance was inexplicably delayed.
This maintenance is different than most in that anyone online will be unceremoniously kicked off. Usually, gamers who are playing multiplayer online when a maintenance begins are allowed to continue playing.
While the maintenance is going on, gamers won’t be able to access the PlayStation Store, PlayStation Home, Account Management or play online.
Sony states the maintenance will conclude around 2AM Monday (10AM GMT.)
