According to Bloomberg News, Microsoft and Disney were approached, but the former stated it was not considering a bid, while the latter said it was “unlikely” to make an offer.
International publishers, including Nexon (Japan) and Tencent (China), were also contacted, but neither MMO company had the income to close the deal.
