EA Sports has announced the release date for FIFA 13, as well as unveiling the Ultimate Edition which will include 24 FIFA Ultimate Team gold packs.
According to the publisher, FIFA 13 Ultimate Edition will give players receive 24 FIFA Ultimate Team Gold Packs-one per week for 24 weeks for a total value of over £15. Each gold pack is a mix of 12 items, including players, contracts, stadiums, managers, staff, fitness, healing, balls, kits, and badges. The players in the Gold Packs will have ratings of at least 75 in-game. Each hold pack will also include one rare item, such as enhanced player attributes, longer contracts, and the most coveted players.
FIFA 13 will be released on PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 on the 28th September. The 360 version will include Kinect support while the PS3 version will have Move support. FIFA 13 will also be released on PlayStation Vita, Wii, PlayStation 2, Nintendo 3DS, PlayStation Portable, iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch, Android, and other mobile platforms - but those platforms won't receive the Ultimate Edition.
