Riot Games has announced in a blog post the new Spectator Mode for League of Legends that will broaden the ability of gamers to spectate on custom, friend and highlighted games.
According to the developer, ”In the full release of Spectator Mode you’ll be able to jump to specific points in the action with Timeshift controls, allow the computer to control your perspective through Directed Camera, and spectate your friends’ games that are already in progress. You can even watch top players by selecting from a number of Featured Games pre-selected for you on the PvP.net landing page.”
Riot Games also released a trailer describing all of the new features that will be included with the new Spectator Mode. Check it out in the video below.
