Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 is reportedly going to be formally announced on the 1st May during the NBA playoffs, but some gamers have reported that Target has started issuing pre-orders for the shooter prematurely, and the dare listed on the card lists the date 13th November 2012.
It presumably is the North American release date. The European release would probably be the 9th or 16th November.
