Interwave Studios, developer of the real-time strategy game Nuclear Dawn, have announced a side-scrolling 2.5D science fiction survival horror game Dark Matter, which they say will be released in early 2013 on PC.
According to the indie developer, the game will feature “a detailed, hand-painted art style with the latest rendering techniques.” The game will also stress that players will have to deal with intelligent enemies that react to changing environmental conditions, requiring the player to rely more on survival than gun play.
There’s an official site, though it consists only of the logo. However, the developer promises more information coming onto the site in the coming weeks.
