The mysterious site TheSurvivor2299.com, which may or may not be teasing Fallout 4, has updated itself with a cipher puzzle, along with the phrase “Nuclear winter has come.”
It’s still unknown what the site is teasing - if anything - but the countdown timer takes the reveal way beyond the Spike Videogame Awards.
