Four developers who worked for Heavy Rain studio Quantic Dream have revealed their new game, a space combat sim Strike Vector. The developers promise ”a distinct old school feel, reminiscent to games such as Crimson Skies, Quake 3 and Unreal Tournament.”
The game differs from other of its ilk in that it takes place within massive structures. The game also allows the player to shift from a third-person combat mode to a first person mode that allows for better aiming but less mobility.
The game will be multiplayer-focused, but the team is ”currently working on some modes allowing the player to play alone.” As for a release date, the developers state it’ll be released when it’s ready.
