The pre-order DLC China Rising for Battlefield 4 will be out early December for Premium users, reveals DICE. It’s a multiplayer expansion adding four new maps as well as new weapons and vehicles.
The date was discovered in the Premium content menu within the game. China Rising is one of five total expansions for Battlefield 4 which released today. Second Assault is due November 22nd.
Xbox One appears to get it exclusively on Nov. 22nd, which adds four favourite maps from Battlefield 3 as they get reworked with the new Frostbite 3 enhancements.
It’s unknown when regular Joes get their mitts on China Rising but a two week delay is likely. The expansion takes us to maps across ”the vast and majestic Chinese mainland” with new weaponry and vehicles to throw around. Battlefield 4 released on PC, Xbox 360 and PS3 today.
