A tell-all book, Rogue Leaders: The Story of LucasArts, revealed the titles of twenty canceled Star Wars games that never saw the light of day, one of which teased an Episode VII film.
Said film was titled, Star Wars Episode VII: Shadows of the Sith, which may or may not the upcoming sequel that’s coming in 2015.
Other titles listed are quite campy, such as Star Wars: Scum and Villainy and Star Wars: Rebel Scum, while others played with the various roles a Jedi might have, including Dark Jedi, Jedi Master, Jedi Outcast, Jedi Outlaw, Jedi Rebel, Rogue Jedi (sense a pattern?) and Jedi Hunter. Of course, Jedi Knight III was among the canceled titles, subtitled “Brink of Darkness”.
Others had players in the role of Han Solo and Darth Maul.
This book is interesting in the light of Disney registering 40 domains for a “Star Wars: Attack Squadron”.
