Unlike last year’s rather wimpy effort, PC football fans can look forward to the latest graphical enhancements in FIFA 15, which will use the same engine as the PS4 and Xbox One.
Here’s a video from EA Sports giving us some idea of what to expect. Visible breathing! Moving hair! We’re truly living in a golden age.
Apart from those startlingly realistic player faces there’s not that much here that feels that new. Dirty kits we’ve already had and rainy pitches aren’t that exciting. Still, as long as it looks good and EA Sports can fix some of the more infuriating quirks of the current match engine (namely useless keepers, awkward defending and a magnetic crossbar), then PC players should be happy.
FIFA 15 will be released on September 23 in North America, September 25 in Europe and September 26 in the UK.
