Ubisoft has announced that Tetris Ultimate, a modern version of the world’s most famous puzzle game, will be available for digital download on Xbox One and PS4 this Summer, with a PC version expected this Autumn.
Aside from classic singleplayer mode, Tetris Ultimate allows 1–4 players to face off in six different game modes: Marathon, Endless, Ultra, Sprint, Battle and Power-Up Battle.
Alexey Pajitnov, the creator of Tetris himself, will be at E3 2014 this month to showcase the game and sign autographs. He’s been working closely with Ubisoft on the development of Tetris Ultimate.
