The latest Battlelog for EA’s military shooter aims to make it easier for friends to group up using Platoons, Battlefield 4’s answer to clans. You can now view a list of servers that your buddies are playing on, and zoom straight in to join them. You can also add more Platoon members than before.
A new tab on the Platoons subsection of Battlelog (bloody hell, remember when a game was just a game?) called Servers lists all your friends and the servers they’re playing in. From here you can jump into the game and help them out.
DICE have also increased the number of members you can have in your Platoon, based on what rank your Battlefield 4 soldier has reached. For rank 5, the member cap is 150. If you manage to reach rank 10, that’s increased to 200.
This is all added in the April 8 game update. You can check out the full list of fixes here.
