Telltale has released another teaser for its highly anticipated Game of Thrones adventure game adaptation - like last time it doesn’t reveal much, but a new quote fits in with theories that the game will feature the northmen of House Forrester.
The teaser mentions ‘ironwood’, a type of tree found in the North. In George R.R Martin’s A Song of Ice and Fire series, that’s where the Forresters reside.
"...of IRONWOODS as old as the realm itself."

That’s not a shot in the dark - in the previously released teaser the Forrester name was conspicuously highlighted. They’re hunters and rangers sworn to House Glover, who in turn are sworn to the prominent House Stark. There’s a distinctly woody theme all around, which suggests to me that Telltale’s game might take place in the wilds of the North, or even beyond the wall.
Game of Thrones is still technically set for a release this year, but that’s looking increasingly unlikely. Expect to see it in 2015.
