There are some new tongue-in-cheek goats to pick from and general optimisations, achievements and "all kinds of other cool jazz." This free content patch is due June 3rd.
"We realise we said we'd release the patch in May, but we really wanted to shock players and make sure the new map will be even better than the old one, so we had to push forth the release date a week or so than we originally intended. With June 3rd as a release date, the new map is gonna be so awesome, and I’m not just saying that cause I’m working on the game," said Coffee Stain Studios' Armin Ibrisagic.
Goat Simulator started out as a joke about the crazy projects making it to Early Access, but it soon went viral. The whole prank took on a life on its own with such a demand that it actually be released that the studio caved into demand. Coffee Stain Studios is the creator of tower defence/FPS hybrid Sanctum and its sequel. Now they game balance goats.
