Sledgehammer Games’ co-founder Glen Schofield has claimed that Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare’s solo campaign will be longer than other titles in the series.
Asked about campaign length by a user on Twitter, Schofield replied; ”Coming in longer than the last few.” Though considering you can blast through your typical CoD story in around five hours or so, maybe we shouldn’t get too excited just yet.
Aside from the fact that it’s packed full of Kevin Spacey and involves the powerful Atlas PMC, we don’t know that much about Advanced Warfare’s story or how the singleplayer works in general. Personally I’m betting there’s a few explosions in it. Just have a hunch.
We do know, thanks to the trailer above that was released yesterday, that there’s going to be a four-play co-op mode called Exo Survival. Looks like a typical wave-based survival mode where players fend off increasingly tough swarms of enemies.
Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare is out on PC and consoles this November 4.
