Valve has had another bright idea for the Steam client, which you can see for yourself if you opt into the Beta client. Any downloadable content bought now displays in a new DLC window in the Library.
It lists everything you’ve purchased for a game, when it was installed, and lets you manage your DLC list as well as browse for more. It’s a small change but a powerful one. Cookies can now be deleted.
Before you had to right click on a game in your Library list and select ‘View Downloadable Content’ for a window popup, but now they’re listed on each game page in your Library telling you what’s been installed and when it was added. You can launch the DLC management window to toggle them.
Cookies left by browsing within Steam can now also be deleted. Valve also improved the ”caching of downloaded workshop items” in the new Beta client update. Check out the full changelog for more.
