The Indie Stone’s top-down zombie apocalypse simulator Project Zomboid now has full Steam integration, including multiplayer via dedicated servers, and Steam Workshop support.
That means players have already started creating their own custom content to upload to Steam. There’s a few different bits and pieces available already, including challenge maps, cheat modes, and more.
”We’ll continue to improve it all as we go, of course, and right now are super excited to see what mods and maps appear and go on to flourish,” says the team. The latest build also includes a massive checklist of bug fixes, which you can trawl through here, should you feel so inclined.
As for the next build, the team is hoping to improve on the level editing in Creative Mode, and add new items to the game, including radios, TV, walkie-talkies and moveable furniture.
