Fallout 4 might be on the horizon, but you shouldn’t expect to see an entry in Bethesda’s other flagship open world RPG series for quite some time yet.
The company’s PR and marketing head Pete Hines explained as much in a chat with Dualshockers during Gamescom, saying that it would be a “very long time” until we see anything regarding The Elder Scrolls 6.
The Elder Scrolls Online dropped last year of course, but the MMO wasn’t exactly what most fans of the series wanted. Still, Bethesda and ZeniMax Online are concentrating on getting it whipped into shape, and of course getting Fallout 4 ready for launch, before they announce anything else.
Don’t despair though, the four hundred or so hours of Fallout 4 should keep you busy for a good long while. It’s out this November 10.
