Warhammer 40,000: Armageddon has received another campaign pack, this time focusing on the warriors of the Blood Angels – who are basically as close to vampires as anything ingets.
And they're still the good guys! Kind of, anyway. Theexpansion, titled Angels of Death, features a whole new campaign once again based around the 2nd Battle for Armageddon, where burly space marines and their human buddies took on an ork invasion force.
This isn't technically the first appearance of the Blood Angels in's grand strategy game, but it is the first campaign to focus specifically on their actions in the war. Ten new missions are separated into three main acts, culminating in close-quarters fighting amongst the hive cities of Armageddon.
The game's previous expansion,, didn't feature new units and mechanics so much as new tactical challenges. Personally I'd already had my fill of shifting tanks around muddy hexes, but your mileage may vary.
You can grab Angels of Deathfor £3.99.
