According to a report at Business Wire, Hardee’s and Carl’s Jr. will be sponsoring a contest for Call of Duty: Black Ops 3. By purchasing a large drink or what they are calling the “Ultimate Care Package” combo meal, consumers can obtain peel-and-win game pieces that can win them a multitude of prizes, including a paid visit to Treyarch’s studio, physical copies of the game, or in-game weapon customizations in Black Ops 3.
The in-game weapon customizations, or “Take Out personalization pack” take advantage of Black Ops 3’s new Gunsmith mode, in which players can deck their entire gun out as they please. It includes camos for your guns, special reticles, and a calling card. The promotion is available now at participating locations and runs through November 11th when the two franchises will be donating the proceeds to The Call of Duty Endowment, a non-profit charity sponsored by Activision and Blizzard.
Call of Duty Black Ops comes out on November 6th for PC, Xbox One, PS4, Playstation 3, and Xbox 360.
