When we did our feature on Ashes of the Singularity, the large-scale RTS was still in Early Access. Today, it’s available in final form.
I’d run don the game’s features for you, but honestly, I poured too many hours into that feature to just regurgitate it now. The short version is that Ashes is an RTS inspired by classics like Total Annihilation that features battles including thousands of individual units.
At a minimum, the game’s ridiculous unit counts will provide a solid test for the power of your PC, and the scale of combat will help to set it apart from other RTS titles. Ashes of the Singularity is available now on Steam for $44.99.
