Ahead of it’s October 28th launch Bethesda has announced that The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Special Edition has gone gold. Bethesda have also released the game’s system requirements. The new special edition marks a significant improvement for the graphics of the game with improved effects and textures.
Players who own the legendary edition or all of the DLC packs on steam currently will receive the new special edition for free in their library on launch day. Skyrim Special Edition going gold also marks the first time Bethesda are celebrating the game as an international studio after the acquisition of a Montreal studio.
