Love the new Doom weapons but wish they were in the old games? Wish no more, friends. Thanks to the amazing modders in the Doom community, you can now experience the joy of using the brand new Doom 4 weapons in the original Doom 1 & 2 games.
These mods have been created by dedicated modders who have spent time crafting sprite versions of the new weapons. The sprites are then added to the original Doom games with damage values and sweet effects.
A big thanks goes to DBThanatos over at the zdoom.org forums for creating this amazing mod. Check out some of his other mods, including his Quake 4 conversion mod which changes both the single and multiplayer parts of the game.
